This morning QSOed Wake Atoll in Pacific – K9W by CW on 28 MHz. The signal was under noise with RST-209, but at about 06:30GMT the signal suddenly jumped up to 579-589.
I gave him 3 times call-sign and got 5NN finally. This is DXCC #200.
