Today I was running WSPR on 20 meter band with my tuned (by YAESU FC40) End Fed 9m long Wire. The results are not bad at all. Wake Island (KH9) in Pacific (WA2YUN) with 5 /50/100 Watts (Average distance = 11977 km), and all Europe including the “dark” 20m zone to OE3KFB (Austria). Also contacted with OX3XR Greenland. Conditions were stable on 14 MHz. from 10 to 15 GMT. The ‘tube’ to North America also was open, but need more Power for efficiency and stable QSO (more 50 Watts).
