PSK Automatic Propagation Reporter provides a view into what stations are hearing on PSK. This helps to determine where the most activity is on a particular band and where signals are heard from around the world. Ham Radio Deluxe uses the DM780 Super Browser (PSK) to monitor the stations that are received. The software recognizes “de callsign callsign” and sends this information to PSK Reporter.
This tool allows you to see what stations you can hear on the map and also by using the “callbook” setting on PSK Reporter. The program uses Google Maps (below) to overlay the stations heard. These are the stations that I was monitoring yesterday and also displays the grey line, which is convenient.
To set this up in Ham Radio Deluxe, Digital Master 780 go to the Program Options tab and select PSK Reporter at the bottom left. All you need to do is fill in your callsign, locator and antenna settings. All stations that are heard in the per Browser window that meet the criteria will be monitored the the PSK Automatic Propagation Reporter.
